Another realityHer eyes glistened with the delight of being outside her usual confined environment. The clamour of sounds flowed through her body, contaminating her veins. As the melody progressed, so did her movements. She reveled in ecstasy. The music seemed to suggest the need to flee, to escape from the ropes tying her down to the reality she has come to know as “mundane”.Another reality
For a brief moment, she closed her eyes and inhaled. Time and space disappeared. She was no longer herself. She was the queen of this other universe. A world created for her to enjoy; an illusion where she could smile.
